  Comfortable clean well-appointed rooms, convenient parking, nicely presented complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet, responsive staff and convenient to restaurants, historic town centre and beaches. Issues I identified were dealt with quickly by onsite staff and by corporate customer relations advisors. - We had a situation where additional fam... wat mensen zeggen » ily was to stay at our beach house but the key was left in Charlotte. We asked for additional room but they were full. They allowed the extra in and We all fit with a pallet for the grand children. We really appreciated this.
