  When we got there we were tired from having been at a conference for several days. We got a room next to the elevator and asked the staff for a room farther away. They immediately accommodated us with a room (ended up being a suite) at the end of a hallway. It was great. - I always like the comfort of the beds, my girlfriend found them too soft, ... wat mensen zeggen » however. I liked the old soap and shampoos better than the new citrusy lemon scents. Holiday Inn Express is my first choice when traveling.

  We were not originally given a room w/ 2 full/queen beds as indicated on website. The hotel said we could pay an extra fee for upgrade. Website indicated we were paying for this already. After some discussion, hotel staff moved us to a room w/ 2 full size beds. However, the refrigerator did not work. Bad compressor. - We felt very comfortable and... wat mensen zeggen » welcome; the staff was eager to assist us in obtaining the rooms as close as possible. My husband commented that the rooms were smelling fresh and he would recommend Sea Trail Golf Resort to others.

  Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. There was plenty to do and a variety of places to eat right there and once we parked we didn't have to get out and drive around in the pouring rain to keep ourselves fed and entertained. You could tell everybody felt that way because the staff and guests were friendly and relaxed. - The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

  The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect - minutes from downtown and minutes from the Biltmore Estate. LOVED the shuttle to downtown all night long! So fun for me and my husband. Wonderful experience! - The staff was very helpful, especially the young man that guided me in because our GPS could not pick up the location. The breakfast was delicious and the options were many. The chefs went out of there way to provide an alternative to pork breakfast meat.
