  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... wat mensen zeggen » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  Our housekeepers were great.Very helpful with suggestions where to eat and took great care of our room during our stay. Room was very large and comfprtable with micro and fridge. Pleasantly decorated. Great service when we reported the bathroom fan wasn't working. It was fixed immediately. Great eating next door at the diner for breakfast, lunch and dinner. - The Budget Inn the perfect place for the one night that we stayed there. It was well worth the money.   Before booking this motel, I did not check the reviews. Ones I got into the motel, I was bit worried about bed bugs and all. But to my surprise when I stepped into the room, it was very neat and clean. The room size was pretty big. I was taken aback and found everything went well.
