  erg rustig - excellent quality of service and materials, windows and bed - the rooms were very nice, comfortable, clean and well appointed, and not small like many NYC hotel rooms - actually quite roomy.   This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. - The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and getting us great seats at the very last minute. The front desk was accommodating when we asked to change rooms as well. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

  They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. I requested for a room that had a view of the falls and without hesitations,... wat mensen zeggen » they were able to give us a room on the 22nd floor and had a gorgeous view of the falls, the town and of Canada! It makes it better because of how th - I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

  This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. If shopping is your thing, then you are within walking distance of Soho. There are loads of great bars and restaurants within wal... wat mensen zeggen » king distance but if you don't feel like venturing out then you should find something in the lobby menu or Gemma to satisfy your gastronomical desires - Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them. Good job!!! GREAT HOTEL!!!
