Location was quiet, but close enough to all activitys very convient.
Beds very comfortable, room large and a good value for people on budget.

Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and
operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not
only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40
on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park
at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the

Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly
expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is
a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful.
That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably
clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good.
Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. Although there was a disclaimer about the WiFi, we had fast, consistent WiFi in our 2nd floor room the whole time. The price was right, too! -

The Budget Inn the perfect place for the one night that we stayed there.
It was well worth the money. Rooms were very clean and had all the
amenities we needed. The clerk was very friendly at the front desk. It
was close to the shopping district, wineries and casino. I We would stay
there again.
