  Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

  Location, easy to find by any taxi, light on my bed, free wi-fi, free breakfast, dinning area where I can eat my own food, all in all great value for my money. I will do it again hopefully I have the same positive experience. - the location of the hostel is good, close to the subway and also easier to the union station.   oh it was lovely being at motel hotel staff friendly and caring, l would advice to find away of making calls with some pay anywhere in USA, it makes it easier than a foreigner like me having trouble to look for a card. - I would like to bring your attention to an employee Amsalu Gutema, who is excellent!   Staff. Helpful and friendly, chatty. Hot showers. Big house, communal rooms with big Tvs and sofas. About a 4 block walk to Verizon centre and the gallery metro. Free pc Internet access. Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! Good kitc... wat mensen zeggen » hen area. - The Staff was overwhelmingly wonderful. Paul was very nice; but Bernard was outstanding. He went far beyond the call of duty making us feel comfortable. I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better. Thanks for the Hospitality.

  It was a great price and the shuttle to Union City was great and very timely. The breakfast was okay: 2 types of cereal, bagels and pastries, with coffee and juice.   the decor was very inviting and after i mentioned an error in our room assignment (we requested a king and were given a double) they readily upgraded us to a suite. - Clean room.
