  Room was comfortable - TV on swivel base was neat! Microwave & mini-fridge were added benefits at no extra cost. Conveniently located along a fairly quiet city street. Within walking distance of several buses, and also comfortable distance to restaurants, convenience stores etc. Well suited for a brief business trip. Staff was generally polite & responsive e.g. when my iron malfunctioned, they replaced it promptly. - The location is fabulous, very close to all public transportation and only a few stops from the Verizon center, China Town, the White House and many museums. Our room consisted of a suite with a small kitchen, living room and bed room. We loved the space! Breakfast was better than many places we've stayed and included scrambled eggs and morning biscuits - not bad! The price was terrific and the value excellent for this part of DC. Really....

  Once we upgraded to a bigger room we were much more comfortable. Two people could fit in the room that had two queen beds in the room. the staff was amazing and so helpful.

  The staff!! Housekeeping was very friendly when we asked them to come back at a later time. FRONT DESK was amazing! Wake up call was on time, and when we were running late and needed a late check-out, they were very accommodating. The morning we left, they also told us good places to eat and what to do in the area. Extremely friendly even though ... wat mensen zeggen » we got there late at night. I am def recommending this hotel to all of my friends. And the pool area was so clean! - Very close to Echostage, one of D.C.'s hottest night club venues. Also very close to a bunch of fast food places which is good for late night snacks. A short drive to a fun college town with more restaurants and bars. Room had microwave and refrigerator!

  Location, easy to find by any taxi, light on my bed, free wi-fi, free breakfast, dinning area where I can eat my own food, all in all great value for my money.   85 year old plus Uncle Fred took us to dinner while we were staying at the Harrington. Fred stayed at the Harrington in 1947, and leaving the hotel bumped into Harry Truman. &Quot;Where are you stationed, Soldier?" asked Truman. However, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in dc. It has nice, basic rooms, very clean and provides all that is required. Most importantly, it is in a great location, being very close to all the popular tourist destinations. There is a fun bar in the lobby, and the cafe provides a decent, well priced breakfast. I thoroughly recommend this one.

  The only downside to staying here is the on-street parking, which is difficult in this neighborhood, given the embassies and restricted resident-only parking areas. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, great location. But overall, we had a great experience. - It is an old hotel, small European style. but the bed was comfortable, the TV was great, the WiFi was free and worked well, the towels were medium quality which is good, it was quiet, the staff was very nice and helpful, the single room was reasonably sized and the bathroom was redone and clean and efficient. Hair dryer and ironing board were supplied.

Codes to main door and all rooms, seemed very safe/secure. My 6 bed ladies room had at the least 2 of us for a couple nights and Max 4 the other nights! I would stay at the facility again if a need should arise. It was conveniently located an for the money, could not do better. Thanks for the Hospitality.
