With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests.   We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent!   We enjoyed our stay immensly. The view is breath taking, the resort caters for all your needs and there is really no need to venture out except if you want too. There is a myriad of activities, catering for all preferences. The staff is helpful and friendly, the catering and variety of options excellent. The breakfast was devine. The staff were excellent- very friendly. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants...   I loved the friendly and warm welcome of the staff,i loved the fact that it catered for children as well,my partner felt @home when he heard they was gym as he is much a sport person.
