The general ambience of the hotel. With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. It was very comfortable.
It was for our wedding night and the next morning for breakfast the hotel staff gave us cake and sweets, really nice of them!

We loved the friendly staff, the decor and environment, the sight and sound of the birds and nature all around us. It was blissfully quiet and restful and naturally beautiful. We especially enjoyed the lady who played the piano and the food was excellent! A real novelty for us was a little gecko or frog at our door when we'd come back from dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this new modern development. The apartments are spacious and very clean. Also fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Very friendly and efficient staff, going the extra mile. Just down the road from the HUGE Gateway Mall for shopping and restaurants... On the whole, our stay at the Urban Park Hote

The Urban Park hotel is absolutely stunning. The apartments make the trip much easier when staying as a family. The indoor pool was perfect and the 24 hour gym. Well done also to the designers - very well presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will return!!

I enjoyed the massage at cellutology. The breakfast was devine. The
staff were excellent- very friendly. The resort facilities are very
unique especially the hydro pool which we seen but did not have time to
use because of our short stay. But the facilities and the welcome was
excellent.

it catered for children as well,my partner felt @home when he heard they

BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS. VERY QUIET AND PEACEFUL. ROOMS ARE ELEGANT, MODERN AND WELL EQUIPPED. STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THIS PLACE IS DEFINATELY VALUE FOR MONEY. MY FAMILY AND I DEFINATELY ENJOYED OUR STAY.
