Beautiful location set in the minervois wine growing region. The village was of a genuine rustic southern France character, Debbie and Georges very freindly and helpful hosts and the clean, refreshing swimming pool wonderful after a hot day of sight-seeing. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside under the olive trees. -

Apartments are really good and very clean, Isabelle asks to keep them as they are.
Great castle view from 2rd floor, 2 bedrooms, easily suitable not only for 5-6, but for 8 persons to stay in comfort. Washing machine and electric dryer.
Great locals on the ground floor to help you, chat and drink wine.

Very quite as well with small local tabac and shops for the necessities.....fantastic croissants. Our "landlady" Isabel made us very welcome and was very helpful. We will be back.

the suite was great, a good size and the huge bath tub and wet room were lovely. the hotel gardens are very classy and the location next to the entrance to the walled city was perfect to stroll to. The car park is secure which was important to us. -

Very clean, modern hotel - room a little small and a slightly strange shape but suited our purposes. Nice to have a pool. Staff quiet but helpful when asked. The best thing was the location - just a few minutes walk from the wonderful medieval city complex. -

Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb

The location was perfect. Very close to the castle.
The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment.
