We liked this appartment very much. The owners are friendly and helpful. They gave us all of the information about the city, the transport,the shopping etc., they gave us maps and diffenrent booklets. Weliked also the location of the Villa, near to the beach, to some supermarkets, to the bus stations. Our appartment was fully equipped. Everything was comfortable. The next time we will stay here.

Upon arrival, which was very late at night we were shown to our room which only had twin beds. At once the receptionist apologised and asked us to wait in the room for a few minutes, while he went away to see if he could locate for us a double room. we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in
the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe.
A/c worked very well in room 36, and nice view of beach if only a
glimpse. Bed was very comfy. Just a shame no tea making facilities in
