The staff were happy to help at all times, they recommended excellent local restaurants and facilities. The room (duplex apartment) was perfect for two adults and three young children (not babies as the kids bedroom is on a mezzanine with steep stairs) the apartment was well equipped and nice and clean. Excellent big room with comfortable beds and soundproofing (we had a room overlooking what was a busy road in the morning). Good situation for all local facilties. Wi-Fi worked fine. Free parking always available. Clean, functional hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

A very good Family run Hotel. Madam Claire was a joy and could not have been more helpful, Rooms were adequate, warm & comfortable. Beakfast was good, Dinners were set 4 courses and very nice local dishes.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and 5mins walk from lift & town. Very good value and will visit again.

Staff are all on board and enthusiastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa and pool is a treat after skiing. The location is not a problem because of the efficient shuttle service.

The apartment was well equipped, a short walk away from the centre, but near to a boulangerie that sold great bread and croissants. There was also a small supermarket nearby for emergencies.

The apartment is located on a narrow road, near to a main road and factory, but we did not hear any noise from either with the double glazing. -
On arrival we were met by a girl called Sylvia, who was very friendly & very helpful, even giving us her mobile number in case we needed to ask her anything or needed help!! The apartment was how it was described on letsbookhotel.com, it was comfortable and clean with everything we needed & a well equipped kitchen. It was in a quiet residence street about 5mins walk to the supermarket & maybe 10mins to the old town. We had a very enjoyable stay & would use the apartments again!!

It was perfect for our needs. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely location; even our non-lake-view (and therefore cheaper) room had a fine view. The staff were friendly, I stayed for 3 nights whilst skiing. The hotel
is well equipped to cater for skiing and is only a short walk to the
main lifts. Good breakfasts with local cuisine options. No annoying loud
English any where to be seen or heard which was excellent. Rooms warm
& clean. The hotel was on the drop off route for the Morzine -
Geneva shuttle service so door to door transfer from Geneva was very
covenient.

Great hotel in a superb location. Staff are the best! We got terrific
tips for day trips, restaurants and always, always a friendly smile. We
felt as if were were at home. The spa after hiking and sightseeing is
excellent! Rooms are beautiful and so tastefully decorated. Breakfast
is 12 Euros and well worth it--delicious!! Can't say enough about
the top service and staff--go out of their way to be helpful and
friendly. We'll be back! Room 102 is magnifique with view of Mont
Blanc and balcony.

We were there for 2 nights. We arrived in dark so it was a bit difficulty to locate the hotel and We missed the scenery around the Mont Blanc Tunnel. We were upgraded to their best 3 bedrooms unit with large balcony, very much appreciated. It is very spacious with fully size kitchen and lounge room.

Overall We -
Recently renovated 1930's property at a very good price for the quality. More space than typical of the popular resorts (eg Meribel Rabbit Hutches). Two seperate rooms plus usual small kitchenette and seperate shower and bath. Plenty of room for kit. About good Motel standard, Plenty of parking.
Convenient for racing at St Gervais or Les Houches
