  We stayed here the night before departing on a boat on the Canal du Midi. The staff were very helpful and friendly even with a language barrier. The room was clean and large enough. It is the restaurant, though, that makes this hotel special. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic and our language skills in respect to food meant we could understand what was on offer.
