  It was a very comfortable stay...the food was excellent.....and the staff very helpful and friendly. Private enclosed parking...and very easy access from the motorway.   We stayed here the night before departing on a boat on the Canal du Midi. The staff were very helpful and friendly even with a language barrier. The room was clean and large enough. It is the restaurant, though, that makes this hotel special.
