  It was a very comfortable stay...the food was excellent.....and the staff very helpful and friendly. Private enclosed parking...and very easy access from the motorway. Reasonably priced fuel available from nearby supermarket garage. Will definitely stay there again. - Excellent staff - fantastic evening meal.   We stayed here the night before departing on a boat on the Canal du Midi. The staff were very helpful and friendly even with a language barrier. The room was clean and large enough. It is the restaurant, though, that makes this hotel special. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic and our language skills in respect to food meant we could understand what was on offer. Village was well located and large enough to offer suitable facilities prior to our one week self-drive barge trip from Argen-Minervois
