What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

I live in Brisbane but had study to catch up on for exams that being on tap at home was preventing, so I checked into Midtown for 5 nights. I was extremely fortunate to be up-graded to a larger room so I could spread out and be even more comfortable. facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much

I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was big. Okay I had been upgraded to a larger room but it was big which I liked. Didn't hear traffic noise although very near a busy road. The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.
