What a lovely hotel, its location is centre of Brisbane and the rooms are huge. My husband and myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The thing that absolutely sold me on this hotel was the service. From our arrival the check in staff and concierge were so helpful. Can't think of a time recently when I have received such consistently good customer service from an establishment!! The bedding was so soft and cossie and your snuggled right into the donna, had a fantastic night sleep. Normall

I live in Brisbane but had study to catch up on for exams that being on tap at home was preventing, so I checked into Midtown for 5 nights. I was extremely fortunate to be up-graded to a larger room so I could spread out and be even more comfortable. The staff made our stay amazing, nothing was an issue. Every request was actioned so quickly. Everyone was very friendly and that made such a difference. We will always stay at the Pullmans. Service was just amazing.
