  We have visited Brisbane several times, and this was the best hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious,nicely furnished and very comfortable - and, given the extremely central location, amazingly quiet. This is an hotel without that 'just another hotel room' feel. The paper delivery each morning was a nice touch as was fresh milk in the fridge. We would recommend the Royal Albert (especially the sub pent house apartments) to all.

  the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much walking distance to everything.
