Friendly staff. Good sized comfortable room. Generous to guests. Free internet. Good food. - The staff put extra efforts to meet the guest request. I requested to replace a rusted kettle. At first, she said they don't have any more unit but when I returned to the room next day, it was replaced.

The shuttle service to town was excellent on time and the Airport Service was fast and efficient. The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. -

Like the hotel, the room is big with 2 queen sized bed which is very good for family with young children; besides that, shuttle bus to airport is available at RM6/trip and there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel. Free wifi is working well too and the hotel even allow us to check in early at 10am when we arrived, willy appreciate that. -

The hotel is very well run, comfortable rooms and generous range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hire car and taxis for us, organised a tour bus to come to the hotel to pick us up, and gave us advice on day trip destinations. Other staff in the bar and cafe were also really accommodating.
