A very old hotel, perhaps the biggest in JB with link to the mall next door. Easy access to/from highways, thus avoiding the jam on Tebrau Road. It has been extensively refurbished and upgraded. Love the big room, huge twin beds! Breakfast was good, plenty of choices

This is not my first stay. I experience few stay of bad services. I
forgotten to bring down my parking ticket from room, and the guy ask for
tips in order for me to exit. Also I was book non-smoking room and was
given a heavy smoking room and also it was a connecting room, next room
smoke heavily all night long and it comes over from the door gap.

The location is very near to JB central, so easy to access bus for long distant main attractions like Hello Kitty, JPO MALL, Legoland etc. Buffet good, as I am a vegetarian, they offered me to select one vegetarian item to order as a-la-carte since menu was mainly non-vegetarian -- staff friendly and helpful --

The excellent welcome we had and the good meal in the poolside restaurant. The Manager was very hands-on and had initiated a programme of refurbishment. The staff were amazing. I was travelling alone and they were especially
attentive to ensure that I was safe and well looked after. The location
is great, especially for a driver over the border into Singapore. The
restaurant serves Italian-Japanese fusion which I had never experienced
before but was really great. The live music added a nice touch.

I stayed in the Club Room and really really love it. The room decoration is sweet modern minimalist with orange color on the wall. Room is not too small though it's not so big but there are spaces to move around. This is my third time staying here and I definitely enjoyed my stay. As
it was the fasting month, it was convenient for us to get our pre-dawn
meal from the Indian stall just in front of the hotel. I think it was 24
hours. Do try the prata with sambal. The sambal is superb! The location
of the hotel is awesome and I will most certainly be booking Citrus
Hotel for my future visits to jb.

The room and location is very good. Staff are very friendly, helpful and takes initiative to help you. Waiting area is big (many seatings). Buffet spread and restaurant is spacious. There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall).

Fast check-in & check-out, staff was friendly with smile, the room was big, toilet was big too.. (we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again...

The overall room was spacious with simple yet trendy design. I particularly like the beige/dark brown color scheme. The rooms were just nice and comfortable and well equipped. There were toothbrush, shaver and even cotton buds :)
Breakfast was excellent. I love dim sum so I didn't taste other food.
Overall experience was great. I wish I had more time to relax, enjoy the breakfast, the swimming pool etc. Would recommend this place for family day accommodation.

Opened in 2009, this is quite a spacious relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level.
Plenty of surrounding food choices ands other leisure activities conveniently located within the same mall.
