The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. - Staff quite nice, room size very generous, good location with various dining and shopping options nearby.   Amazing hotel - sparkling in every way, superb staff - 5 star service, with perks like free wifi in the room. Rooms with comfortable double beds, flatscreen TV with decent English and international channels. Clean and neat bathroom. Good breakfast. I'd made a massive mix-up with multiple bookings at the hotel for the same night, and Ms Serinah and... wat mensen zeggen » Ms Tay graciously helped us sort all these out without a misstep. Location-wise a quick stroll down to the riverside and a 5 min jaunt up to Top Spot - The hotel is very well run, comfortable rooms and generous range of food for breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful - they booked a hire car and taxis for us, organised a tour bus to come to the hotel to pick us up, and gave us advice on day trip destinations. Other staff in the bar and cafe were also really accommodating.
