  I must say your housekeeping staff are the best by far in any hotel that I have stayed thus far. I am one person who looks up to Chambermaids of every hotel that I stayed. I would give them tips when I check out. I called them the 'unsung heroes ' because I was raised up by a mum who works as a chambermaid all her life. I know my mum often complained that she never gets the recognition for her good - Beautiful modern hotel with a really comfortable giant bed. Lovely spacious room with huge windows and a view of Kuching and distant mountains. Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgable concierge. Did airline check in for me and printed out boarding tickets.

  The day we arrive,the guest well known of our arrivals,greet us welcomely. The location is near to the town,about 5 minutes,but away from hustle n bustle, was about 10 to 15 minutes to airport,it was strategic! The enviroment,was nice,but the some of the staff was only nice to foreign tourist but not to local tourist,I wonder why? I stayed in the courtyard,I like the room very much,it was so comfy and - This was our first visit to Sarwak and Kuching. This hotel was just what we wanted. We did not want to stay in the modern high rise hotels near the water front yet not knowing the area we weren't able to find anything traditional further out of Kuching.Basaga Residences were ideal; although the hotel itself was situated within Kuching you felt that you were out in the countryside. The staff were extremly helpful in all aspects and the whole atmosphere was relaxing.

  Very nice guesthouse with amazingly friendly owners! Samual and his wife Jane will make you feel at home. We booked for 3 nights and stayed 11 nights! The first 7 nights we had a room with window, which was really nice and clean, with airco. After we came back from Bako NP we got an inside room without window, but it was still very nice, clean and... ce que les gens disent » with airco. There are enough toilets and showers, so we never had to wait. They are at all times spotless clean. The breakfast is included and very n - This guesthouse is located on the 1st floor of shops. The first impression to people might not good and it look very old & not so nice. BUT, when you checked in you will change your mind. It is very comfort & clean. It is really value of money. You will feel warmest & friendly people here. It just like your home.

Rooms were small but all that you need when you are out 3/4 of the day. - Staff Very Friendly. Good location really ner walking from the waterfront. it is a good value for the price.

  The shuttle service to town was excellent on time and the Airport Service was fast and efficient. The view was nice over looking the river and the breakfast was worth the money ....overall Very Good.. - Staff quite nice, room size very generous, good location with various dining and shopping options nearby.
