We arrived following a 3 day trip on buses and boats, so the arrival drink and cool towel was a welcome start to this relaxing hotel. The room was amazing, plenty of space in both the bedroom area and bathroom, including complimentary drinks.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I emailed in advance to ask for a high room but was given 2nd floor. I questioned this during the booking in process but was told that there were no rooms (suites) available on higher level floors. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful and attentive. The room we had was very luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. The spa treatments were very relaxing. I would recommend the hotel and use again in the future. -

A very new and clean hotel with nicely presented spacious rooms and a
lovely pool and bar area overlooking the Palace. It is in an excellent
location for visiting the Palace, Silver Pagoda, museum and river area.
The staff were friendly and keen to improve their English, we especially
appreciated the help and friendliness of the breakfast staff. -

from the top. Nice swimmingpool with panoramic view. Good friendly
staff. Conditioner did not work properly, they moved us to another room
in an hour.

The room is very comfortable and has a good size. The bathroom is modern style and the shower is very nice. Breakfast is okay - you can choose one breakfast meal from the menu. More than what we expected for it's budget range. Towels and sheets
were clean and new. Interior design of rooms were simple yet very cosy
with nice ethnic touches. Well thought out and looked like a more
expensive hotel. Basic amenities like hair dryers, safe, flat screen tv
all provided for.

We were 15 on a bachelors weekend and cannot thank the staff at Eureka enough for thier kind Cambodian hospitality. Nice friendly staff, we booked one of the family rooms, it was spacious, clean and a good size.
The hotel sits directly behind the Royal Palace so it's walking distance down to the Riverside and the numerous restaurants along the front. If you don't want to walk there are plenty of tuk tuk's you can take.
Nice swimming pool with a bar and a few tables around it if you fancy lunch or a snack by the pool.

This hotel was a great price & right in town. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.

I stayed 3 nights at the Suite, which means nice view of Tonle Sap river and activities along Sisowath Quay. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance too.
Room wise, it's pretty big and clean and really no major negative issues. Overall I'm happy with my stay. -

The employees were very nice and the bar/restaurant being with the
hotel made it convenient. You can put a card on the door before 11pm and
request what you want for your free breakfast and they deliver at the
time you want. Food was good and beers were $2.00 for 12oz glass. More

The price. When I complained about the cleanliness they kept upgrading me and it was still dirty so I left. They didnt charge me the fee, which was great.
