  We arrived following a 3 day trip on buses and boats, so the arrival drink and cool towel was a welcome start to this relaxing hotel. The room was amazing, plenty of space in both the bedroom area and bathroom, including complimentary drinks. It was my partner's birthday during our stay and although I'd emailed ahead and requested a small birthday... 别人怎么说 » cake, I didn't honestly expect anything to happen, however, he was greeted with a birthday card from the hotel, and an amazing cake was delivered to - A beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms but let down by the noise from the rooms above....from early evening throughout the night and again morning. Stayed 4 nights and each night was spoilt by heavy stomping feet above, scraping furniture and echoing movement. Maybe carpet is needed? I emailed in advance to ask for a high room but was given 2nd floor. I questioned this during the booking in process but was told that there were no rooms (suites) available on higher level floors.   We were 15 on a bachelors weekend and cannot thank the staff at Eureka enough for thier kind Cambodian hospitality. The manager Ken and his staff were absolutly tremendous, always smiling and willing to help. The hotel is comfortable with good facilities and a very nice swimming pool. I will certainly stay here again next time - Nice friendly staff, we booked one of the family rooms, it was spacious, clean and a good size. The hotel sits directly behind the Royal Palace so it's walking distance down to the Riverside and the numerous restaurants along the front. If you don't want to walk there are plenty of tuk tuk's you can take. Nice swimming pool with a bar and a few tables around it if you fancy lunch or a snack by the pool.

  I stayed 3 nights at the Suite, which means nice view of Tonle Sap river and activities along Sisowath Quay. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance too.
