Everything! It was our first visit to Cambodia and Mr Rina, the manager,
did everything he could to help us - organised a river trip, a tuk-tuk
tour of the town, and a (very good) driver to take us on to Battambang.
Our room was spacious, attractive and comfortable and breakfast was
excellent (wide selection of fruit, crispy bacon etc). There was

This place is just amazing considering what you pay. Very luxurious, the rooms are big, modern and beautifully decorated. The pool area is the most amazing oasis of tranquility, palm trees line the whole place and they have big double sun loungers for you to relax on, plus it stays open until 10pm! The food was excellent, in fact we didn't go out in the 2 evenings we were there (partly due to being exhausted!) so we sat in the lovely open restaurant and endulged ourselves in the great menu and

After a tiring day of touring the city sights it was a delight to come back to this oasis of calm for a dip in the pool on the rooftop floor- surrounded by city view, completely isolated from the sounds of the busy city streets. The staff were friendly, the service was good and the room was clean and comfortable.
I particularly enjoyed the cambodian tapas and the cocktails from the top floor restaurant-named 'Elephant in the kitchen'
with the nice decoration and Fantastic view.

Staff speaks good English and very friendly. They supply clean &
safe drinking water. The design and the environment of the hotel are

The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for
assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the
road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the
pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel
allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge.
Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

We loved the Kabiki! What a find, and to return to this wonderful Oasis in the heat of Phnom Penh. Great pool, very friendly staff - who let out expat friends' kids swim in the pool. Very clean rooms. We have room #19 which was perfect for a family with 3 young children. We will stay here again when we next visit Phnom Penh. -

The staff are fantastic and really and make this hotel what it is. They are so welcoming, helpful with nothing being too much trouble. It has a lovely roof top terrace and our room was large and spotlessly clean with everything you would expect (air-con, cable tv, fantastic shower and free bottled water daily).

The staff, in particular Sidat and Reang, were eager to assist us with
information, help in getting Vietnamese visas and with anything we
requested. They didn't try to push anything on to us. Their personal
approach made our stay extremely enjoyable, they smiled all the time and
were thoughtful towards our questions. It was nice to learn a little
about everyday Cambodian life from them and we hope their hard work
results in a bright future. Everything about the room was as advertised

The hotel has good location in Sihanoukville - close to the beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. My room was small but clean and quiet with air-conditioner, safety depoit box, cable TV and good Wifi.
The hotel staff multilingual, friendly and helpful. They can arrange trips, transportation etc.
The hotel has good and not expensive restaurant / bar with Euro-Asian dishes and chilling music.
