  It was best hotel we had in Cambodia. We was quite disappointed about cleanliness of Cambodian hotels and this guesthouse was a nice exception and by the way the cheapest deal (prices got crazy because of Chinese New Year). Nice bathroom, comfortable bad, safetybox in the room, clean. The room is without windows what i normally don't like. Staff is great, friendly! - The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right in the heart of the city next to the river the location cannot be beaten. Our room was at the front and so we had a great view of the river from our balcony. It was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot.

  This is an old mansion, converted to a small guesthouse. The garden is a wonderful place to eat a relaxing breakfast. The location is ideal -- walking distance to most things a tourist wants to do. The staff speaks good English and French, is responsive, available, and helpful. I was disappointed to be given a dark, noisy room on the first floor with a small window looking at a brick wall. Next day I asked for another room and was given 701, next to the rooftop pool. a tad small, but panoramic view from the window. Breakfasts and coffee as good as always.
