Staff speaks good English and very friendly. They supply clean &
safe drinking water. The design and the environment of the hotel are
cosy. It's such an enjoyable experience having breakfast in the

The staffs are really accommodating. Special thanks to Chandy for
assisting us on booking car/tuktuk every time we need to hit the
road. Our room is nice and clean plus it's just in front of the
pool! In terms of room size, it's just average. Also, the hotel
allowed us to check in earlier than usual and without any charge.
Overall, our stay in the hotel was awesome.

The location is very good. The staff is amazingly friendly. Lovely
people up there! The rooms are very nice and very clean too. They have a
good choice of breakfast and extra coffee or toast will not be charged.

I could write an entire book about my amazing experience in this hotel,
the people there and the beautiful city. The location is great. Shops,
restaurants and tourist attractions like the Genocide Museum and the

We weren't near the main tourist hub which is what we wanted but still in walking distance of many local food vendors & more modern cafes as well as the Tuol Sleng genocide museum & Russian Markets. We had a fridge with a freezer which meant we could freeze our water which was perfect for long hot days of sightseeing. Friendly staff, good location, big room. We arrived early and they
didn't charge us for early check-in: nice of them. There was some
misunderstanding wheather the room we booked had window or not, but
finally they gave us a big room with a window. They were also very
helpful at booking the bus to SaiGon. -

Staff are so friendly and helpfull. Alibi has a nice courtyard to relax in and have breakfast in the morning. My room was spacious, clean and with a decent bed. It's close to the Royal Palace and Riverside and tuktuks are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! Phnom Penh has surprises me in a positive way, although busy a relaxed place

We loved this place. It was in such a convenient location to everything....the Palace, etc and all the wonderful restaurants in Street 19 and connecting streets.
The pool was a welcome relief after walking the streets of PP. Francois, the general manager, could not do enough for us. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was adequate.

Stayed for 10 nights and weren't disappointed. Charming environment and helpful staffs. If you like your coffee and bread you will enjoy breakfast. Great location nice and close to the Riverside and shops and cafes. Rooms were clean and the garden and pool are well maintained, would stay here again. Thanks again to the cute reception girl & handsome French owner！
