I have stayed here before and loved how close it was to the airport and the staff have always been very warm to welcome you to the hotel and assist with anything you may need. The shuttle service runs 24hrs and makes it nice for getting to the airport on time. I will use this hotel every time I am passing through Germany.My stay was very comfortable , Hotel staff speak good English and smiling . Picked up at the airport , drop off in 5 minutes to the hotel . checking in was mere 5 minutes and everything is great about this hotel ( Room , Food , Ambience , transportation , staff).

Outstanding Customer Service at the Front Desk, we could ckeck in at 11 am, we got an upgrade to Executive Room, in the brand new Executive Tower. Bellman Service for our Luggage.The room was great, the bar was great and the restaurants were great. Also, the fitness center was very good. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was perfect.I always stay there, and I am always satisfied. The Unterschwiensteige restaurant is always a good experience with friendly staff and excellent food.Place is fine. Really close to the airport but quiet. Extras are expensive - food, breakfast, parking. For example, parking is 19 euros. . Very close to airport, with convenient shuttle buses; enjoyed being ableto take a walk (stretch legs!) in neighboring forest.we were so surprised with the service and accomadations that this hotel had to offer. Very upscale.....it was great experince actually they upgrade me to the executive suit and it was unforgetable experince. The inexpensive sellup/upgrade to the executive towers. I found it to be an extraordinary value.The program sleep and dinner is the best value for money wonderfulldinner gourmet beautiful room. Also, the toilet in the room was made for tall people and my feet did not touch the ground.Minor: it took us quite a while to find the shuttle bus when we landed:perhaps add instructions to your website?. absolutley not !!!!!!. The line for reception and getting rooms only after 15.00. in an airportwe need rooms earlier.My telephone was not working. However, staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs.The instructions to finding the shuttle bus in the Frankfurt Airport were not very clear but that may be more the responsibility of the airport than the hotel.All fantstic. I'd finished my entire hot meal before getting my first cup of coffee, despite asking for it twice.Shuttle bus driver dropped you off at first door, telling me it was door for my airline, when in fact I had to walk a distance from counter 1 to the 700 numbers. Not fault of hotel but airport had few signs so it was difficult to find spot for hotel shuttle from inside airport and difficult to find my counter (especially since I thought I was left offf near my airline).
