The Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt Airport is a welcome retreat after (or between) a long trip! I immediately feel relieved, relaxed and comforted just seeing the entrance when I am in Frankfurt airport. There is a fast, smooth check in and check out with a friendly greeting and doors that open automatically to make easy passage when carrying luggage. Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.
This is an excellent and affordble stayover for travellers from America to Frankfurt. After a 30 hour day you can even use their fitness center for a quick shower while you are waiting for an early check in. There is no extra charge. The food is also great. WIFI is free and it works. I stayed there twice. Once coming and once going. I will be back.
This hotel is amazing! Staff was very friendly, hotel is very quiet, bed was extremely comfortable, room was just the right temperature and dark for sleeping, free WiFi and the location is superb: one floor up from the die Bahn and connected to the airport. What's not to like? I will definitely be staying here again!!.
It was perfect for anyone taking an early flight since the hotel is
connected to the airport. It is also connected to a train station so
access to Frankfurt and other locations is easy and available. The hotel
is located in a new development called The Squaire that is full of
restaurants and shops.
Convenient airport location, friendly staff, less expensive than other
airport hotels, clean new rooms with good amenities, wi-fi included was
a great feature, located near restaurants and a supermarket with a deli
(much more reasonable food prices). I have already booked my next stay.

need to walk some distance from airport to hotel but it is just on the train station. Very nice hotel and quiet, the staff is professional and service is good. compare it is only three star, it worth at least 4 star. I am sure to recommand this hotel and will stay there next trip.
This is a very well appointed and staffed hotel located above the long distance and suburban train stations at Frankfurt International Airport. It is a 10-15 minute easy walk to the airport departure and arrival gates in terminal 1. The bed and bathroom facilities are excellent.
Location. We were flying out of Frankfurt Airport the next day. Easy access to Frankfurt by train (5 stops). Comfort. Bed was very comfortable. Many places in the airport and train station to grab a bite to eat and shop. Even a grocery store. Starbucks just downstairs.
The location was convienient to the airport, just a short walk away. The fact that I was given a room that allowed smoking; a rarity in the day of the so-called "health nazis". The full sized bathtub was also a plus. Breakfast service was great, and at a reasonable price.
As always very good stay! Absolutely convenient airport-hotel. You don't need to take any shuttles to get to the airport, because you are already there. It is reasonably new hotel, very quiet! We will definitely return when we have to fly early out of Frankfurt again!.

Travel to Frankfurt is a breeze considering the train station is within the airport complexs.
There is also a guest laundry room where you can get your laundry done in 1 hour.

Even though it is situated within terminal 1, there is absolutely no noise from the airport. It is modernly decorated and not missing anything. The gym is excellent and the breakfast one of the best I ever had, even at a 5* standard.
This hotel fits the purpose of a night before flying out of Frankfurt airport perfectly. It is efficient, comfortable, has a very good gym and is very convenient to the airport. Our night there before our long journey back to New Zealand was excellent.
I stayed here for 2 nights alone. Very nice place to stay. The Hilton gym facilities were perfect. Steam room was amazing to relax and staff here are very helpful and polite. Many shops and restaurants just outside and trains directly into the city.
Location is excellent for transit passengers. Stayed here a few months ago and didn't hesitate to book again. arrived very early and staff were happy to store our luggage until we checked in later in the day leaving us free to sightsee for the day.
We took train to airport and the location of hotel @ the train station
is perfect. New and modern. Nice gym with sauna. Also in the train
station is a market to buy food and a few restaraunts. Then 5 min walk
morning to check in counters terminal 1.
Needed a hotel at Frankfurt Airport whilst in transit. Saw this hotel on

The Garden Hilton is a terrific hotel that was very easy and convenient
for use next to the Frankfurt. The staff was extremely helpful and the
amenities such as access to flight information at the hotel and the

The hotel is conveniently located in a building connected to the
airport. You are able to walk there with your luggage. Rooms were very
clean and nice although a little small. I would stay here again if I was
connecting through this airport.

Very Clean Just a few minuets walk from Terminal 1 at the Airport,
located within "THE SQUAIRE" makes it very convenient for
travelers who want to stay close to the airport paid eur100 for one
night which was a great value for money.
We were a group of four. On arrival one of us was involved in a serious fall. The staff of the hotel were magnificent and did everything to help us. I will be writing separately to thank them for assistance beyond the call of duty.
As a place to spend a night after or night before you arrive in Frankfurt it is perfect. The Squaire certainly adds value to the experience, the internet is excellent (for business) and plenty of choice for meals and for meetings.
Location to train and airpOrt was excellent. Modern and spacious design of room and its location in the Squaire were exciting. Security measures for elevator usage were unique and added to overall sense of comfort and safety.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in lately. Not a single sound (airport and train station are just a few minutes walk away), comfortable bed, Neutrogena bath amenities, internet, tea/coffee facilities, simply perfect.
Speed of service by staff. Location for travelers. Clean and confortable. Free WiFi, in the room, the first hotel I encountered in Germany with such service which at this time and age should be standard for all hotels!.
Typical German high quality. Front desk provided pre-printed laminated directions for taking the train to Frankfurt. Close to Lufthansa check-in desk for quick and easy way to obtain boarding pass and check baggage.
Interesting architecture. Very quiet (I could not tell we were at an airport). Included breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. It was also nice to have several kinds of electrical outlets in the room.

This hotel is very convenient if you are taking an early flight or arriving very late at night, it is in the airport together with the main train station. The hotel is nice, clear and comfortable. We like it.
Good location at airport. Walking distance from terminal, no shuttle needed if you are able to walk 10 or so minutes. Comfy bed. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were very nice. Tea and coffee facilities in room.
Convenient location for our purposes. That is, a rest before making the
15 hour flight home. Between the freeway, train station and runways, I
expected some noise at least. There wasn't so much as a whisper.

The location is excellent, easy walk from the train station and an easy walk to Terminal 1 as well as the shuttle to Terminal 2. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and the service is excellent.
I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Frankfurt airport before. It's very convenient if you are arriving late or have an early morning flight. The airport has wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic location right off the airport and train station. Complex offers two restaurants and a nice lobby bar (on the Hilton side), room was nice and bed was comfortable with adjustable hardness.
The rooms/bathroom are quiet and very well equipped, the staff efficient and polite. This hotel leaves a certain exceedingly expensive, drab, alternative a few hundred metres away miles behind.

The rooms are nicely decorated and kept very clean and in good repair.
Insulation is very good, so that noise of planes, people walking in hallways, and in adjacent rooms are not noticeable.

Excellent location for someone who is in transit. It is right above the Long distance train station at the airport. Rental car return is in the basement. Everything is so convenient.
The only improvement would be a make-up mirror for applying make-up (women) or shaving (men) in the bathroom, as the sink extends out a ways from the mirror.
A little expensive for one night but worth it for what you get and being right at the airport prior to an early international flight - which of course, got delayed by 9 hours and we were able to stay in the room for much longer than expected.

Unless you know frankfurt airport the hotel can be a little difficult to
find and could benefit from more signs. Look for signs to the AIRail
terminal and long distance train station and you will reach the new
shopping area about 300m down a long hallway opposite Terminal 1 called
'The Squaire' which is built around the station, past starbucks
and up an escalator in a large atrium. Apart from some difficulty
finding it initially, no complaints at all!.
I would be really sorry to describe what I did not like it. It is basically the treatment-dealing I received at the beginning, in the front desk. I think these employees do not know how important a client is. I do not know what happens with my method of payment but I had to change the initial I chose when I booked it online. The answer I received did not satisfy what I expected.

Tried to get a wake up call. Call the number and a recording asked me to key in the time which I did. It gave no further instructions so I hung up and set two phone alarms. Good thing I had them as the wake up call didn't happen.

It is efficient and convenient but possibly a little clinical. Unavoidable really for an airport hotel.
The wifi on phone and laptop very slow. Kept losing connection, so if your planning on working there, you must plug in via Ethernet to get any decent connection. Beds are slightly hard.
Staff were a bit abrupt. Started dealing with another customer before finishing with us.
The touchy elevators that would take sometimes more than one try with
the key card to activate.
The prices in the restaurant were astronomical. It was approximately 10
us dollars for a 1 liter bottle of ordinary water which I had seen in
the rest of Europe for the past two weeks in all the other restaurants I
had been to for about 2 to 5 us dollars.
Only choice for breakfast is buffet, no a la carte.
Rooms are a bit small but large enough for an overnight stay for a single person.

It was all good. As I said previously, it's walkable from the terminal. But just make sure if you come in on terminal 2, you know to get the monorail/sky rail to terminal 1, as that's where the hotel's located. Then follow the signs carefully.
It was a little cramped compared to other hotels we stayed at in Europe.

I can't help thinking price and facilities are a cynical ploy (loss-leader) to lure you away from alternatives before the price goes skyward. I hope I'm wrong.
Only one thing: although the room value was good, everything else in the hotel was very overpriced. We used the restaurants outside in Work City and bought beverages there as well. If the food and drink prices were more reasonable, we would have purchased them inside the hotel. It was the only negative feature, but a significant negative.
Rooms are small, particularly between the foot of the bed and the desk across, so that two people cannot walk through at the same time.
Although it is located inside the airport, Frankfurt airport is so large and designed in a straight line, that depending on your gates you may still need to walk a lot to reach the hotel. This time I wondered if it would have been less time and walking to get a shuttle to an off-site hotel.
I would have liked a few extra tea bags and more milk...for a tea drinking traveller as myself.
Perhaps a dressing gown.
Also, I was unable to work the shower, but the bath was satisfactory.
