Very quiet + ample room space + helpful staff + terrific breakfast bar + access to rail connections (even though we didn't use them) I would recommend the hotel for sure, but definitely NOT the airport. Who designed this place? No facilities beyond security, and when the plane is late there was nothing to eat or drink. We were held captive for 2 hours with chains on the 2 vending machines! This is an entirely utilitarian airport, with little range for eating, miles to walk and needs a complete .

Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing. Beautifully appointed rooms with great bathroom. Very quiet and fantastic location -we arrived by train and took the lift to the hotel. We stayed overnight before our flight and it was really comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend it if you are arriving or leaving from Franfurt Airport. Location was key. We had an early flight leaving, so being located right in the terminal made things so easy. In regards to the room and amenities, while small, everything was plush and modern. Concierge level was very nice for having a quiet drink and some hor dourves. The staff was incredible. They were amazingly helpful accessing taxis, a wheelchair, giving information. The dining area for breakfast was bright and cheery and the lounge/dining room played great taped old music! And the food was excellent. The large bed was wonderful!. The accommodation in Hilton is truly superb and very convenient in every possible way. The service given by all staff are very professional and exceptional. There is definitely no doubt that we will remain loyal to Hilton whenever we are in need of an accommodation. We were only there for a brief overnight stay. Flew in late in the afternoon and left the next morning. But the hotel provided just what weary travelers need. It was extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, great food, helpful staff and close to the airport. Ultra modern hotel that makes you say wow! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Within a ten minute walk to airport. Executive lounge served a variety of breakfast foods, snacks and cocktails. Nice place to unwind and work in quiet environment. it was a haven at the airport. After a month of travel around Europe, we wanted a bit of heaven before we started our 24 hour travel back home. This hotel is certainly that bit of heaven. We will return for the pure pleasure of the bed. The rooms are comfortable and very modern. It is the perfect airport hotel, very close to the railway station and the Frankfurt airport terminals. The best view of the hotel is from the outside: the Squaire building is just amazing. New and very modern hotel well located with very friendly staff that speak excellent english. High quality airport hotel and also fact that it is on the trainline to allow quick and easy access to Frankfurt city and surrounds. Everything apart from a moron at the Executive Lounge who couldn't stand other people of a different race. He was muttering why people different from his race could sit in the same room with him. I thought those times are gone. I absolutely loved everything. Staff extremely friendly. Room very modern and comfortable. Excellent gym and spa. This is a 5 stars hotel. Better than the sheraton in my opinion. Recommend 200%. We were impressed by everything .the location was great we came by train which was easy access then flew out next day which was easy -We were really impressed by breckfast selection and service-. Big bathroom with both shower & bathtub. Design of rooms is modern & stylish. Excellent hotel for meetings, airport (terminal 1) and railway access. Good choice of external restaurants. I met my wife off the early morning flight from Singapore, drove down to Frankfurt and stayed night ready to meet her in the morning. The hotel is in the airport, so a quick walk to arrivals. We stayed in the hotel one nightin order to take a flight the following day. The fact that the hotel is in the airport was very helpful. Also the train into town is within walking distance. Convenient location inside the Frankfurt airport. Great buffet breakfast included in room rate. Very nice rooms, clean & modern Complimentary use of computer room with printer. Stayed here due to being connected to the airport. High quality hotel, but as expected, not inexpensive. Didn't have breakfast (included in room charge) due to early flight. Perfect location for Frankfurt airport stopover, just above railways and outside terminal. It's Hilton, so everything seems perfect, loved breakfast buffet!!. A stop a day before the flight out of Europe allowed one to refresh and recharge in a relaxed atmosphere prior to departure. Location of the hotel, 24 hours shopping avaliable just close by the hotel and the most important that I like is quietness inside the room. Located in the Airport (the Square) which means easy access to the city. It is a clean and quiet hotel perfect for a short stay in Frankfurt. Very comfortable bed and well furnished room. Fake artwork + no helpful signage to find the hotel coming off a flight (had to ask 3 people, 2 of whom were incorrrect) + too much glass and mirror interior design. No free WiFi except 1 hour in the lobby, then 19 euros for 24 hours. Really? Stayed in 4 hotels in 2 weeks and this was the only one without free WiFi. Nothing. I thought getting charged 7.75 euros for a bottle of water was excessive. Only two things: - for the room price, paying for wifi seemed excessive. - the furniture was interesting and ultra-modern but the large chair was almost impossible to get comfortable in. Better signage in the airport on how guests are supposed to get to the train station (via shuttle) and then from the station up to the hotel would be helpful. Just a little Hilton logo with arrows would help. Nothing!. Lack of charme and personality. Nothing really. A moron muttering to his friend why a black man shouldn't share the Executive Lounge with him and his race. Nothing. WiFi access should be included in package - IBahn WiFi system seems a bit outdated. Nothing!. Not a thing!. Initially we thought the room was a bit small but not a major factor. nothing. Initial reception from hotel lobby was not helpful or friendly :(. No signage at the airport. Very difficult to find the hotel when arrived at Frankfurt airport. The ultra modern design got a little too fancy with the wash basin in the bathroom. A definite step back. Also, the refrigerator had virtually no spare room for personal items meant to stay cool. WiFi not free of charge like other same class hotels. The could have added amenities in the room but they would get you whatever it is that you require promptly. Too far from Terminal 2. The Internet is not for free and wasnt working very well when we paid for it. Having to pay for the internet (they do have free computers to use in the business center and did offer 1 hour free wiFi use in the lobby). Be aware if driving to the hotel, there are no signs that tell you how to get to the Hilton. The hotel is on the "Squaire Center" so you have to follow signs to the Squaire. Nothing. price. Since it is used as a pit-stop, it would be more flexible concerned with the check-in and check-out. I had a bad impression in the check-in, as I had previously changed emails with the staff and they offered a condition that they, in a cold manner, did not delivered when I arrived. High cost of Internet and not user friendly. No need to charge so much for your regular traveler. Like your business center but once in the room is an expensive deal. It's a long haul from either terminal to the hotel itself when dealing with luggage. When driving to the hotel we could not find signs directing us to the hotel, and finally got there by driving up a ramp signed as "Anlieferverkehr" (delivery ramp). To catch our departing flight the next morning we took a taxi. The restaurant is good but there is room for improvement with the menu. The desk clerk sent me to the wrong terminal as I was leaving. Took me almost 30 min. To get there and back! Luckily it was 6am and it wasn't crowded. Paid Internet, costs a lot, should be free. No free wifi at rooms. Confusing check in with two Hiltons side by side. The Hilton Gardens is a different hotel from this one. Also slightly inconvenient to load (or unload) luggage, as the entrance to the hotel is a distance from the front door. WiFi was not included...most hotels I stay in, it is. Hilton charges the outrageous price of 8 Euros for one hour of internet useage or 19 Euros for 24 hours. Big rip off...if you're dumb enough or desperate enough to use it there. Too expensive compared to other hotels nearby.
