-walking distance from airport -free shuttle FROM airport (not free if you're going TO the airport) -close to the train to the city, very easy and fast -good amenities, had soap, lotion, toothpaste, etc. -free internet (limited, but good enough for our purposes). The checking in was very professional. Major plus points for me, as a single person, was the shuttle service and the free Internet. breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the evening of arrival, after 8 pm was a happy sight. The location is fine, room is OK, shuttle bus availability is excellent,and the option to have small and large breakfast is good to give option to guest that will take a light breakfast. Location is good, very convenient for short stay in airport, staff is frendily and very helpful. If booking earlier, prices are very acceptable. Shuttle, silence and comfortable. Despite I have subcribed for a premium internet connection with add Euro 7 per day, the connection is still slow. Also the lobby is a bit too cramp. Waiting too long if you have meal in RGB resturant. Nothing. Charge for internet. All I needed to do was get on the Luftansa web site to get our boarding passes. Some of our hotels had free internet using a log in password furnished with the room card. You can include a small charge within the room rate. I'd sooner have it done this way than nickel and dime one to death (an American expression). I wasn't informed I would need pay coach to get back to airport but received a complimentary trip. I can't imagine a thing. Would have liked shaving mirror; also, we had a very hard time finding the hotel; the map printout from the confirmation was not good; There should be signs on Rte 43 guiding travelers to your hotel. Having to pay for return trip to the airport, which no one told us about. needed more pillows. The food served to us was very ordinary. Charge for Airport bus. This should be a free service. No information about necessity to pay and to book a seat in shuttle-bus to get an airport in the morning. No minibar in the room. Single bed was too short. Food too expensive and not al that good. Shower head flopped, in spite of reporting the problem. We were charged E4 each to take the shuttle to the airport anytime we wanted to go to town (or to leave). Few choice of food, airport shuttle frequency. The advertised wifi didn't work. We were advised that it would be illegal to leave the car on the street overnight, so paid €20 to park underground. All of the cars which were on the street in the evening, were there the next morning, on-molested and without fines. Restaurant was very poor both in terms of food quality and staff attitude. everything is MONEY in this hotel, if you ask any simple question the answer is PRICE! I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Staff were very inefficient and rude when I was leaving. I did not like the attitudes of workers They have to know and apply the hospitality rules which are applied all around the world. Being polite is not only with words, they have to smile or else do another job.
