  I was impressed by everything with the Wingate and wouldn't change a thing. I have traveled for many years and work in the hospitality industry for 15+ years and I was impressed with EVERYTHING most of all the staff. - Great Breakfast Bar Rooms were updated, spotlessly clean and neat. Towels were new soft.

  Seemed like a business-worthy room at a family-friendly price. For 2 bucks more than the nasty motel we stayed at last year, we had a great room, comfy beds, and surprisingly hearty breakfast. Quiet rooms (even with our not quiet kids), down bed coverings/pillows, friendly staff. And the breakfast was great! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, French toast, ... lo que la gente dice » biscuits & gravy, pastries, cappuccino, juice, and more. It was delicious! And more amenities than we're used to in our price range for family tra - The staff was charming, the room was perfectly clean, the decor was tasteful and reasonably new, the bed was luxurious, and the breakfast was loaded - sausage, eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, etc. Not the tastiest, but good enough. There was a nice hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool by the lobby, though we never got to use it. If you're looking for a nice, clean establishment at a reasonable price, this one's a good bet.
