We had to stay an extra night because the weather had closed the road home called and they held our room for us as a stay over didn't have to wait for new room or 3 pm check in time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. A great variety each morning just a little different. We like that. The swimming pool and exercise room is wonderful. The temperature is perfect, whether it be summer or winter. The pool and hot tub is very clean and well taken care of.

Beds were very comfortable; especially liked the duvet covers, white, white sheets and softer (not over-stuffed) pillows. It is very helpful to have small fridge and microwave in the room.
Also liked real coffee mugs, not styrofoam.
Appreciated that breakfast opened BEFORE 7am during the Huntsman Games. -

Love the staff, as soon as I walk in the door a staff member is there to help. If I need anything extra, like a blanket cause I get cold easy it is sent right to me. I love the breakfast as well, I will go away hungry that is for sure.

I liked that the pool is open year-round and it's a heated pool. I loved that they had 6-person rooms to accommodate our two children, us and my parents. It was nice to be able to all stay together. Loved that there was a mini-fridge and microwave, it saved us on food to be able to save leftovers and store snacks. The location was great, right off
