The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. Oh, and EVERY local restaurant they recommended was awesome! -

the owners went out of their way to be helpful. They helped us with unpacking the car and moved us to a lovely, big first floor room as my hubby has difficulty with stairs. I felt welcome and comfy! -

Old building but hotel has been refurbished superbly. Very nice
bathroom. We were impressed with the large tv, full coffee machine,
large drinks fridge, and a microwave which we've never seen in a
hotel before. Location is excellent to attractions and cafes and
restaurants. Parking right across the street and discounted once
validated by the hotel

Susan on the front desk at night and Natasha on the front desk during
the day. I lost my iphone at a tourist site. A person at site returned
the phone to Rodeway Inn when Natasha was on duty. She accepted it and
put it away. Susan answered when my friend rang the cell phone. This
meant I was able to establish where it was and collect it. I was so very
pleased! Thank you gals! BBFs!

Easy access to highway, quiet, comfortable room. This is an older facility but is kept very clean which to me is most important. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to I-83. Rooms away from Interstate were quiet. Great host, very helpful, knew the area roads and restaurants. Clean towels every day! Microwave and fridge definitely a plus.

I liked that the room was clean and the there was a microwave, a mini fridge, a TV with a good channel selection, a continental breakfast included in the price,WiFi and it is located next to a mall with driveway access that has great stores and restaurants. The price is what got us to book. We had low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised. Staff was attentive--offered local advice at check-in; immediately took care of a spill in the breakfast area. -
