The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. Oh, and EVERY local restaurant they recommended was awesome! -

Very clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed room, and full breakfast in the morning. Last but not least, the "deluxe diner" on the property is the best food in town! -
The Hotel was to the standard of other Best Western Hotels that I have stayed at clean simple no fuss.

the owners went out of their way to be helpful. They helped us with unpacking the car and moved us to a lovely, big first floor room as my hubby has difficulty with stairs. I felt welcome and comfy! -

We loved the cleanliness of this Inn. Typically you will find clean rooms while traveling. Something you 'don't' always find though is cleanliness on route to your room. Well, this place was the exception to that. From entering through the door of the Inn, to walking through the halls, to using the elevator, to using the stairs . . . this Inn was clean. Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend! -

I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red
Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn.
We were very tired and aggravated. The receptionist match the price of
Red Roof and was very hospitable and empathetic to the situation. -

Old building but hotel has been refurbished superbly. Very nice
bathroom. We were impressed with the large tv, full coffee machine,
large drinks fridge, and a microwave which we've never seen in a
hotel before. Location is excellent to attractions and cafes and
restaurants. Parking right across the street and discounted once
validated by the hotel

Susan on the front desk at night and Natasha on the front desk during
the day. I lost my iphone at a tourist site. A person at site returned
the phone to Rodeway Inn when Natasha was on duty. She accepted it and
put it away. Susan answered when my friend rang the cell phone. This
meant I was able to establish where it was and collect it. I was so very
pleased! Thank you gals! BBFs!

We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!
