The staff was kind and helpful. Any needs were taken care of
immediately. The hotel was updated, modern, clean, and well located. The
room was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean. I absolutely
loved staying at the Radisson Blue and look forward to a return visit. I
can't say enough wonderful things about my stay! -

Close to museums and University venues. Staff at front desk,
restaurant and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I
parked next door for $20 per day...from what I saw, the courtesy
shuttle was an asset. -
The young woman at the desk was fantastic! She made me feel welcome & glad to be there. The Mother's Day Brunch was wonderful.

Staff was friendly . Got in late and ordered food for delivery from Ray 's Italian menu that the Desk gave us. The food was excellent! Best Itslian sub I ever had and it was 9;00 at night. Stayed before visiting relatives, and noticed new management has made several improvements. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not extensive, but enough. Good value. -

Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
Upon arrival staff provided my whole family super delicious chocolate chip cookies are they were free and available all the time on ur demand.

The shuttle!! The staff was professional, courteous, and insanely
helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels
are bad. The shuttle, the shuttle, oh and did I mention the shuttle?

This hotel is an renovate during we stay. Our room was perfect, but 1 bed on 2 was old. Internet free in the room, it's perfect too! Coffee 24 hours at the reception, very nice. And the cookies, excellent! And for my dog too! With pet, this hotel is very nice. -

The front desk staff was happy to notify housekeeping of our smelly
shower curtain and it was immediately replaced. The vouchers for the
lounge and breakfast were appreciated. Food was quite good. View of pond
from the dining areas restful. -

The manager's cocktail reception and cooked to order breakfast become gathering places where guest meet other guests. We had a fascinating time meeting people who were attending a convention at the hotel. -

The room with a view of the river. My wife was able to get some serious and deserved rest. The independence seaport myseum. To walk down the waterfront and enjoy the sights and sounds. Loved the romantic dinner on the mishulu which my wife totally enjoyed. The staff was very respectful and professional.

For the price it was an excellent choice. it was easy to find, staff were excellent. I simply needed a place to sleep while on a long road trip. It is also within walking distance of restaurants. -

The hotel was a disaster: no elevator, no pool, no restaurant -- this
was due to Sandy Hurrican from last Nov/Oct. It is now end of May
and these things have not been fixed. I liked their reason to an extent
. . . but by now, should be fixed. -
