The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building. We only stayed one night but what a night it was, a memory to last a lifetime . Halekulani was indeed a tranquil oasis in the midst of the Waikiki bustle. True to its name of "our house befitting heaven" -

We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet. Our room was across from the lifts and we never heard them once. Bouquets to Travis for making me the best mai tai cocktails I've ever tasted. -

We found every employee at the resort to be friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area of Ko Olina was perfect for us. Golf, restaurants and beach activities all within walking distance or a free shuttle ride away. Downtown Honolulu traffic was a nightmare and we were so pleased we did not have to deal with that mess on a daily basis.

The service was awesome from valet to front desk, waitresses,bartender,
housekeeping, you name it! I really enjoyed the bed it was so
comfortable the tub was off the hook. That is what I call relaxation.
