Hard wood floors in the rooms so you know the floors are clean and not old nasty carpet. I would stay there again.

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

This is our second time to stay here. We have to go to Baton rouge for doctor's visits and it is too hard to make the trip all in one day. We will continue to stay here as it is so comfortable and the staff are excellent. VERY SATISFIED. -

We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight from New Orleans airport early the next day. It was so convenient because we did not have to wake up too early and the 24/7 shuttle is so fast. Staff was excellent.. Saul from the restaurant was great .dexter our waiter was outstanding..Kyle our bartender rocked TK, Andy, and Shanquilia and even the young night clerk at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel at home.
