  The location was nice as I was visiting lsu campus.The breakfast buffet that was included with my room was very nice. - Hard wood floors in the rooms so you know the floors are clean and not old nasty carpet. I would stay there again.

  Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient.   great location...short walking distance to French Quarter as well as any other area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again. - Spaciousness of the hotel! Location is good! Far enough away from the noise of the quarter, but close enough to get there in minutes!

  I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you wan... what people say » t to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney- friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo- froo:. The housekeeping was very quick (almost too quick) when I asked for more towels (I hadn't finished dressing, figuring it would take a half hour o... what people say » r so to get my towels...lol) The price, with a little help from letsbookhotel.com, was affordable. The view was spectacular of the French Quarter and - I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

  This is our second time to stay here. We have to go to Baton rouge for doctor's visits and it is too hard to make the trip all in one day.   We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight from New Orleans airport early the next day. It was so convenient because we did not have to wake up too early and the 24/7 shuttle is so fast. The room was a regular hotel room. It was clean, although maybe the carpet was a little bit old. The shower worked very well and the bed was not the most... what people say » comfortable, but it was fair. Overall, it was a good stay, so I recommend for the kind of use we had. However, if your aim is to visit New Orleans yo - Days in is at the New Orleans airport and makes catching an early flight very eeasy.

  Staff was excellent.. Saul from the restaurant was great .dexter our waiter was outstanding..Kyle our bartender rocked TK, Andy, and Shanquilia and even the young night clerk at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel at home.
