It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome.
We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to
get our Ipad. Impressed!
Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great.
Can't wait to visit again. -
The rooms are awesome and the staff was beyond wonderful.

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.

The staff was absolutely top-notch, especially the concierge, Rich. After an all-night Megabus trip, we stopped in to stow our luggage until the 3pm check in. They said our room was available immediately, if we would like an early check in (6 hours early at no additional charge). Unheard of! Amazing and gracious. This is my second stay at a Kimpton Hotel. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else after this lovely experience.

The hotel lies in the middle of the down town in a fairly safe area near to almost all of the attractions of the city and within a walking distance from the blue line subway which goes directly to the airport. Very clean hotel and the art gallery feel of local artists was nice. The

This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. I was
a stranded traveler, and the room had everything I needed to be
comfortable. There was a nice, fluffy bathrobe, and the bed was very
comfortable. They had a great Keurig coffee maker in the room and a well-
stocked (if expensive) mini-bar. The staff was helpful, and the room was
very comfortable. Plus, the shuttle service to and from the airport was
top-notch.

Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest
train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us
back to the hotel. -
The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby
