  There was a glitch in our reservation upon arrival, with the wrong date of arrival having been entered. Bianca on the front desk went above and beyond to solve that problem. She has great people skills. Shuttle service was offered until 11 pm and was perfect for our needs.   This Hotel is a treat for staying in Federal Hill. By being a part of DePasqualle Square, with it's wonderful food and entertainment, it's like taking an Italian vacation. The (apartment)rooms are huge with a massive living/dining room with fireplace and two separate bedrooms. Note that Parking isn't available (as in all of Providence) and you will have to use valet parking for $20/night. This location is also very conven - The staff was great. Carmine especially accomodating. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, view the shops, traverse Federal Hill, meet people. Just a great experience all around. There to celebrate my daughters graduation from college. There were 7 of us all together and we all loved it.

This is like an icon of the city and one of those old-school American hotels. The location itself is unbeatable and it looks over the 'central park' of Providence; Kennedy Plaza. The front desk upgraded me to a larger room with morning sun. The bed was very comfortable, firm with a mountain of soft pillows. Good, fast (and complimentary) wireless. Fitness room was empty at 5:30 a.m. easily accessible and with towels and bottled water.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel from the front desk to to housekeeping and to the bistro.   Request for a room with a view was honored. The corner room had three large windows looking out to the city and a nearby bell tower/steeple which chimed on the hour...must to our delight. Not in the least bit annoying as others have stated. Quite charming. Beds were luxuriously comfortable. Can't recall a more enjoyable hotel stay. However, they were able to accommodate us and one of our rooms was better than we had originally booked, at no extra cost, so - result! Only stayed one night so don't feel we got the full benefit of the hotel, however the staff were very pleasant and helpful, particularly in relation to the missing booking.
