We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. We will stay

I enjoyed the fact that the pool and game room were open for 24 hours. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

The suite was very spacious with plenty of room (there were 4 adults). We really meant to cook a meal, but stayed too late in the smokies! Comfy and clean.
Really liked the Omelet Lady - Dina (I think was her name). She was amazing at not only making the omelets, but in remembering people's names and interacting with the customers. -

We will definitely be staying there every time we visit gatlinburg.. perfect location..1 mile to Dollywood!!!

Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools--
one inside, one outside. Good parking! I also loved they would have
coffee and cookies sitting out in the evening and early morning. Then
when we had to check out the morning really early like 4 am, we were

The continental breakfast wasn't your ordinary bagels and muffins.
Country Cascades had fresh made omelettes made in front of you the way
you wanted and the line that stretched down the hallway told you how
good they were! Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian
waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were
hot and the butter melted on them. Not to mention fresh fruit, bagels,
orange and apple juice, cereal, and milk! Another thing I thought was
very amazing

We loved just about everything at The Resort. This is the perfect place to stay for families with children. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the outdoor play area. I have been going to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the past 10+ years. As far as lodging is concerned The Resort @ Governor's Crossing ranks among the best. The location is wonderful, a little away from the Pigeon Forge "strip" but not too far away. The staff is very friendly and committed to making the stay a wonderful one. The water parks (indoor and outdoor) are very well maintained and my kids had a wonderful time. The hotel suite was very clean and had enough room for my family of 5

We really enjoyed our stay. We did not use the pool area and I would
have loved to but were very busy. We did not have a no room service
ntice so when we came back the room was cleaned nicely, if you know who

Absolutely loved this hotel. We usually stay in a cabin and this was our
first hotel experience in Pigeon Forge. Outstanding staff, very clean
hotel, great breakfast(that includes more than just cereal and bagels)

Having an indoor pool and arcade for the kids,. We had a 11 year old and he certainly enjoyed. Really appreciated having wi-fi and a large TV. I stayed because the Hotel Convention Center hosts the Mountain Quiltfest. I enter the show and thought I should support the hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean (I.E. bathroom, mattress, sheets,
tables, carpet, sink, microwave, fridge) and the mattress was very

I loved everything it was wonderful and I will defiantly be returning to this hotel.. The staff are all so very, very nice. The only thing I would change, would be a little something different for breakfast. They have a huge selection. But I would have changed a lil something different like pancakes one day, bacon, ham, fried eggs. Just a little change. But I still loved it and it taste wonderful... I would give a 98 out of 100.. I will definatly be back..

I was a bit nervous about staying here because of all the bad reviews,
but I'll happily say we loved it! The room was awsome, had a full
size kitchen, the bed was very comfy, and had a great view. The staff
was wonderful, we had truck trouble and ended up having to stay another
night and they worked it out to where we could even stay in our same

The hotel was great! The location was in walking distance to everything if we decide to walk to the attractions that we visited while in the area. The only reason why we didnt walk is because the traffic was really busy. But driving only took us no more than about 5min. It was well clean and staff was friendly and the price was the best that I found for our trip while searching and it was well worth it. I have already decided to book this hotel for our trip next year!
