  Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

  very nice rooms and refrigerator and microwave,iron,hair dryer,coffee maker,plus phone and really nice location and very cheap low rates alot better than $100 hotels i assure you,im sure anyone will love their stay here - It was located on the Parkway in the middle of Pigeon Forge handy to restaurants, attractions and shopping.
