I love the oceanfront room. Whenever we come to oc we always stay on
the beach. When we checked in and got our key, we opened the door and
saw that someone's elses belongings were there. The staff were
very attentive and apoligized and got us another room quickly.
I'll be back. -
I liked the location with an ocean view from your room.

My room was a very nice size and was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and garage was covered. I was very close to the beach with no streets to cross. The room had everything I needed including a hair dryer for my hair. I also liked the very nice balcony that was perfectly sized. The hotel was quiet and staff were very friendly. The tiki ba

I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach.

Room was clean & good sized. Liked having refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. On site parking lot. They let us park and go to the beach before check in and also after check out. Had free beach chairs to use.

Everything we needed was in a 1 block radius! Cvs, beer, liquor,
Phillips Crab House Buffet, nightclub, beach and boardwalk was so
convenient. It took us less then 2 minutes to get right on the boardwalk
and beach. It's a little less congested on 18th on the boardwalk

It was close to the beach area, the café shop with the hotel served gluten free meals and healthy foods, you accommodated us by giving us our room side by side which was great for my family, the location was great being near CVS,a catholic church, and Dunken doughnuts. My family wants to make this a yearly vacation since this is the first time we went together as a family and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

I loved the location and the staff. We had one minor problem, couldn't get our hot water to work in our room. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel, food, shopping, the beach, the boardwalk, even a grocery store which is important with small children. I would definatly go back again.

location was great. beds and pillows were the best I have ever slept on in any hotel. friendly and helpful staff. pool was great. ice was plentiful. very quiet. outlets were just up the road. many restaurants around and shopping. must go to peppers on stephen decantur rd, best nachos we ever had.

We loved our stay at the hotel, it was only for two days but the people
were very nice and it was close to the beach and seacrets and other
great places to eat. We enjoyed the pool on the roof and the bar and
they also give you coupons for the places in the hotel. Would definetly
visit again!

The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean. Small but plenty of room for two people with a queen size bed and a single bed, small refrigerator and we had an ocean front room. Very reasonably priced and if it were not for so many steps we would stay there again.
