I was very impressed. Hotel was clean and very well lit. Definitely felt
like I was in a luxury Hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The
room....what can I stay, definitely 5 star, from the sitting area with
its flat screen T.V., to the kitchen, to the bathroom, loved the shower
with its 3 shower heads. The bonus was of course the bedroom

The beds & linens were very comfortable & the bathroom was a very nice size. Our view was amazing & the rooms were a nice size & the hotel was quiet. The hotel had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant. I would definitly stay here again.

We brought our 2 grandchildren with us and they enjoyed the pool, plus we went down to the restaurant and enjoyed the wonderful food and entertainment with them, room was very clean and 2 queen beds really help!! -
The hotel was immaculate there wasn't a corner in the hotel or parking garage that was dirty. The room was spacious and very comfort

America family run,clean lots of staff a free shuttle bus to beach.Quick
to solve any problems if you had one(needed more bath tissue had it in 5

We took the trip with our two grandsons, ages 5 and 7. The resort is
very accommodating to children. They had plenty to do and were never
bored while at the facility. It was exactly what we wanted for our
grandchildren.

The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when
it comes to getting a good nights sleep. The hotel had
temperpeidicmattresess witch made me feel right at home-I may have
spelled that wrong but None the less the bedding is worth mentioning.

I really like how clean it is and that the maid service comes everyday
and cleans up everything!!! I like the amenities the pool and the hot
tub are great! I love the beach access right outside the atrium doors.
Overall this is my favorite hotel in Ocean City because of cleanliness,
the room sizes are nice and big and the staff is very friendly :) We had
a great stay :) We will def go back :)

Everything we needed was in a 1 block radius! Cvs, beer, liquor,
Phillips Crab House Buffet, nightclub, beach and boardwalk was so
convenient. It took us less then 2 minutes to get right on the boardwalk
and beach. It's a little less congested on 18th on the boardwalk

It was close to the beach area, the café shop with the hotel served gluten free meals and healthy foods, you accommodated us by giving us our room side by side which was great for my family, the location was great being near CVS,a catholic church, and Dunken doughnuts. My family wants to make this a yearly vacation since this is the first time we went together as a family and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

No water pressure in shower and phone was not hooked up. When I booked
room I thought from the description on letsbookhotel.com that I had an ocean
front room but, instead I had an ocean view room. Upon carefully reading
my reservation I noticed that it was a room with a panoramic view of the

Location, I personally love room 215 (corner elevator windows on 2 sides), ocean view), staff helpful and efficient to respond to maintenance request, room staff showed forethought to provide extra coffee and soap as needed. Lobby decorated nicely for Christmas.

I loved the location and the room was very quiet and clean. We had
a corner room which I thought would get noisy but rarely did we
hear anything.

Staff was very accommodating when it came to the bad smell from the first room. We got upgraded to an 8th floor room, with an ocean view, and a fireplace. It was the off season, so the fireplace was nice. The indoor heated pool, and hot tubs were very nice too. -

Had supurb weather for late October and walked the beach/boardwalk for miles every day. We LOVED being RIGHT on the boardwalk but far enough away from the 'kid stuff' so it was more peaceful. The balcony was large and comfortable and the room was HUGE. Bath was your average hotel variety but the towels were plush and soft. The kitchenette was an added bonus to be sure but bring paper towels and plates

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I made initial reservations I asked for a first floor room as my wife has COPD and can't walk but short distances. The Sea Bay was a great value for the money. The entire staff was wonderful and courteous. I've stayed at many places in Ocean city, including higher end, more expensive hotels and the Sea Bay was the best experience by far! Everyone was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. The beach and bus stop was only a block away.
