I love the oceanfront room. Whenever we come to oc we always stay on
the beach. When we checked in and got our key, we opened the door and
saw that someone's elses belongings were there. The staff were
very attentive and apoligized and got us another room quickly.
I'll be back. -
I liked the location with an ocean view from your room.

I thought they had the most comfortable pillows and beds. I slept better
at the Flamingo then I do at home. Great location! Not far from the
boardwalk or great places to eat. Great access to the beach and the
indoor pool area was very clean and big.

I was extremely worried about the reviews that said about bed bugs
especially since we took an 8 month old but the room was great. I
previously had checked on how to spot bed bugs and I was unable to
notice any nor did any of us receive any bites during our stay. I also
liked the staff. They were willing to help with whatever we needed. -

Hotel wastrels from the beach. We had a side balcony room with a great view of the beach. Hotel was "dated", pool is small & not heated. We read some terrible reviews before arriving, but were relieved to find a clean comfortable room waiting. Hotel staff was very accomodating. If people want "luxury", then pay more $$$!! This place is fine for the price. Get over yourself people!

I loved having an outside entrance to our room. It was great not having to walk into and out of a hotel everytime we came and went. The staff was very personable, even the cleaning crew was great! I loved that there was always fresh coffee available for free! The price was definiately affordable! I will defintely stay here again with my husband. -

The rooms were updated, even though it was clear to see that this isn't a new hotel, it had the old charm outside but the rooms were updated with flat screen tv's and the furnishings were modern, the bath was modernized, very nice.
I was also happy to see emergency exits were well marked.

My room was a very nice size and was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and garage was covered. I was very close to the beach with no streets to cross. I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach.

We loved the hotel! Great location close walking distance to everything we wanted for my sisters bachloret weekend. It was nice and quite not rowdy like usual hotels in such areas. The staff was great very attentive to anything we needed. They were also very personnable. Breakfast was great as well. LOVED the pancake maker. Great investment. Thank

ever came across in my travels. She was very knowledgeable and went
above and beyond helping me with questions I had about the Ocean City
area. Overall the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very
reasonably priced for as close it was to the beach attractions!!!

convenient. It took us less then 2 minutes to get right on the boardwalk
and beach. It's a little less congested on 18th on the boardwalk

It was close to the beach area, the café shop with the hotel served gluten free meals and healthy foods, you accommodated us by giving us our room side by side which was great for my family, the location was great being near CVS,a catholic church, and Dunken doughnuts. My family wants to make this a yearly vacation since this is the first time we went together as a family and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable. It seemed like it used to be a house, converted into a hotel, so it was interesting. The staff was welcoming and friendly and they answered any questions I had. Also there was coffee available in the morning and a shared kitchen area down the hall for those who wanted to take advantage of it.

We loved our stay at the hotel, it was only for two days but the people
were very nice and it was close to the beach and seacrets and other
great places to eat. We enjoyed the pool on the roof and the bar and
they also give you coupons for the places in the hotel. Would definetly
visit again!
