Art the owner was the BEST! My sons had the best senior week ever. Once Art knew I was a stern, watchful but caring mom. He was very nice and helpful to my boys. Great location - couldn't be better, not too close to the noise from
the fun-fair on the boardwark, but right on the beach and with a
wonderful view from the large balconies at the end of the house (not
from the rooms). Free parking close to the motel and fridge.

the price was excellent, the rooms wernt the ritz but they were sufficient. the pool was really nice. and it was close to everything(Phillips across the street,boardwalk a block away,mini golf 2 blocks away, fishtails like a half block away. plus there was the party block real close and a beer distributor within 2 blocks) -

The staff was very cordial and helpful. Our air conditioning unit
failed during our stay and upon calling the desk, a maintenance person
came complete with a new unit to replace the broken one. It took only
about 10 minutes total. We will definitely return to the Rodeway next

The King Charles Hotel is close to the beach. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff paid a lot of attention to detail. All of the staff was very friendly. There was coffee available each morning. It is a very homey environment, and I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is priced accordingly for what it offers. There is also parking available, which is a huge plus for Ocean City. I would definitely recommend The King Charles Hotel.

I loved having an outside entrance to our room. It was great not having to walk into and out of a hotel everytime we came and went. The staff was very personable, even the cleaning crew was great! I loved that there was always fresh coffee available for free! The price was definiately affordable! I will defintely stay here again with my husband. -

The rooms were updated, even though it was clear to see that this isn't a new hotel, it had the old charm outside but the rooms were updated with flat screen tv's and the furnishings were modern, the bath was modernized, very nice.
I was also happy to see emergency exits were well marked.

We loved the hotel! Great location close walking distance to everything we wanted for my sisters bachloret weekend. It was nice and quite not rowdy like usual hotels in such areas. The staff was great very attentive to anything we needed. They were also very personnable. Breakfast was great as well. LOVED the pancake maker. Great investment. Thank

ever came across in my travels. She was very knowledgeable and went
above and beyond helping me with questions I had about the Ocean City
area. Overall the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very

Phillips Crab House Buffet, nightclub, beach and boardwalk was so
convenient. It took us less then 2 minutes to get right on the boardwalk
and beach. It's a little less congested on 18th on the boardwalk

It was close to the beach area, the café shop with the hotel served gluten free meals and healthy foods, you accommodated us by giving us our room side by side which was great for my family, the location was great being near CVS,a catholic church, and Dunken doughnuts. My family wants to make this a yearly vacation since this is the first time we went together as a family and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

I loved the location and the staff. We had one minor problem, couldn't get our hot water to work in our room. The manager immediately upgraded us to another room. Everything we needed was very close to the hotel, food, shopping, the beach, the boardwalk, even a grocery store which is important with small children. I would definatly go back again.

The room was cozy, the beds were comfortable. It seemed like it used to be a house, converted into a hotel, so it was interesting. The staff was welcoming and friendly and they answered any questions I had. Also there was coffee available in the morning and a shared kitchen area down the hall for those who wanted to take advantage of it.
