  The staff was very cordial and helpful. Our air conditioning unit failed during our stay and upon calling the desk, a maintenance person came complete with a new unit to replace the broken one.   The room was perfect for my daughter and I...clean rooms and comfy beds...met our cleaning lady (Carol) and she was very friendly and quick to please in any way..she definitely takes pride in her work.   Awesome location, easy access to beach and facilities, took a while to find easy way to room and back but design is cool like a cruise ship. Nice hot tub and indoor pool is nice and warm, outdoor pool cool but great on 90 degree days, convenient pool bar, bike rental right next door, loved the hot chocolate and all day fruit bananas, peaches and ... lo que la gente dice » apples anytime of the day, great for on the beach snack between meals, would book again, although would upgrade to room w modern tv and upgraded to up - The staff was so friendly and helpful to start our stay. The room was perfect for us as a young couple. There's are stoves/ ovens in all rooms (which wasn't stated in our room description) so it saves money to stay in. Hotel is more family oriented, which was so nice to have cool neighbors. Would definitely recommend, and very likely to return.

  I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Princess Bayside Beach Hotel. I got a good price and the beach was right across the street. The rooms were clean and the staff were awesome (that's Barbara for all you did to make my stay a good one)... We enjoyed all the hospitality from this hotel and would recommend it to others! - We loved our stay at the hotel, it was only for two days but the people were very nice and it was close to the beach and seacrets and other great places to eat. We enjoyed the pool on the roof and the bar and they also give you coupons for the places in the hotel. Would definetly visit again!
