su ubicacion es excelente, mejor ubicacion no pude haber tenido, es bastante seguro andar por aqui, no tienes ke transportate tanto, estas cerca de todo. su habitaciones super limpias, el servicio de internet es excelente y gratis eso es lo mejor. - Wow!! The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. Location was good and the hotel was comfortable, with larger than average rooms. The staff were terrific, from the front desk to the concierge to the doormen. Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is a very good hotel in New York City with an excellent location on 48th Street which is prime. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Overall a very good expereince and I will undoubtedly like to stay in the hotel every time I go and strongly recommend to people.

Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags -
The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
