I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!

I really can't say enough good things about the Nomad. We absolutely loved our stay there - the staff is wonderful, everyone wants to help you any way that they can. The rooms are beautiful, and the bath products will make it so you never want to use anything else to wash your body. We could only book at the Nomad for a few days and had to stay the rest of our time at the Soho Grand. We REALLY wanted to go back to the Nomad. If we can afford it, we'll definitely be back! Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon
arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure
we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab---
very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one
for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to
leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.
